Personal Development Opportunities

Throughout KS3 and KS4, pupils engage in a variety of enterprise tasks to enhance their skills, aligned with the Gatsby benchmarks. These activities foster their understanding of the world of work and develop their employability skills. Through enterprise projects, pupils are encouraged to think creatively, problem-solve, and work collaboratively. They may undertake tasks like designing and marketing a product or creating a business plan for their own small business. These initiatives expose pupils to real-life scenarios, allowing them to develop communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Additionally, they learn about financial literacy, budgeting, and evaluating risks. Such experiences lay a strong foundation for their future career aspirations and prepare them for the ever-changing world of work.
