Uniform and Equipment
Ribblesdale School has earned fantastic reputation in the local community and we need you to help us maintain it.
Working hard and helping in the community is part of your role, and wearing your uniform correctly and with pride is too. It represents, even at a glance, Ribblesdale School and our high standards.
We have high expectations of our pupils, and we stick firmly to them, but we will also reward you when you meet those expectations consistently.
Doing your bit is worth celebrating and our pupils are so fantastic, we keep having to come up with even more new rewards! Our current rewards include housepoints, non-uniform days, end of term trips and of course our Leavers’ Prom.

Equipment List
Bringing the correct equipment to school is important to develop organisational skills, which are essential not only for academic success, but are also critical for future careers. By being well-equipped for school, pupils can maximise learning time and become more confident, knowing that they are ready to learn. The equipment list consists of:
- A blue or black pen (we recommend two of these in case one is lost or runs out)
- Pencil
- Rubber
- Pencil sharpener
- Ruler
- A scientific calculator
- A charged device (90% battery or over at the start of school)
- A school provided uniform and equipment card.
